New CD is a wrap.

It’s done, Matt and i spent a last three hours in the studio yesterday sorting a few final glitches with the main man Andy Guy. He will be mastering over the weekend then a few bits to sort on the design and it will be off to the press.

Here’s a few fab photos from our slot at Stella Hensley’s poets and songwriters evening.

Kelly and Woolley gigs and news

Our new CD is getting there, recording is finished, just mastering and design left to do. We owe big thanks to Andy Guy at The Shrubbery studios in Bury St Edmunds for putting up with us since July, he has been a star. It is very different from our first offering, all our own songs and tunes for one thing.

We have some gigs lined up in the coming weeks, 12th of February we are going to Stella Hensley’s poets and songwriters at the Carlton Arms, always a good night of spoken word and songwriting. Then on the 28th we visit Baldock and Letchworth folk club to play support to Les Cailloux who play traditional Morvan music and hail from Bugundy. Expect a dance set of waltzes and two steps from us, seems ages since we did a cajun set!
